Sky Nice Holdings Ltd is holding company holding with our Kei Yip Mould Making Company it was established in Hong Kong since 1983 and moved to Xinsi Adminstration Area of Hengli Town in Dongguan City Guangdong Province in 1993 with a registered name Youyun Metal and Plastic Factory. Besides, we have established an Import & Export trading platform in Hong Kong: SKY NICE HOLDINGS LTD in 2005 to develop our international trading business.
With an investment of HKD 15 million, Kei Yip Mould Making factory has an area of 9000 sqm. and more than 500 employees. Our company is qualified for ISO 9001-2000 quality management system and has an annual turnover of HKD25 million.
The factory mainly produces plastic injection moulds (molds) and plastic parts. It is equipped with CNC and over 50 plastic injection-molding machines. The Engineering Department has different CAD/CAM software to support high quality mould-making to fulfill the needs of our clients. Our production capacity consists of household appliances, cleaning tools, toys and high precision parts. Besides, billions of plastic parts are further processed and packaged for clients in Europe, America and Japan.
SKY NICE is the trading platform of our business in China and other Asian countries. Sky Nice Holdings Its main business is trading of plastic waste materials and regrind/ scrap repro-pellet etc. PC, GPPS, ABS, HIPS, EPS, NYLON, PC, ACRY, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, waste paper and waste metal.
Our outlook in 2005: We are applying for the establishment of a large recycling plant in China to process, distribute and recycle waste plastic, paper and metal materials. And we will soon establish our own pier in the vicinity. We will then set up recycling centers in the Middle East, Thailand, Malaysia, Canada and Australia with our joint venture partners after we set up our recycling base in China. Our project has been given support from relevant government bureaus & departments and state banks in China and we welcome international investors who are interested in environmental protection & recycling to join us. |
